Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our nail salon in Panaji. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time for nail services such as nail extensions, gel nails or nail art.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payments

Payment for all nail services must be completed at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods available at our salon.

Service Satisfaction

Our team strives to provide the highest quality nail care and nail artistry. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform our team before leaving the studio so we can address your concerns.

Hygiene & Safety

We maintain strict hygiene standards at our Panaji nail studio, including sanitized tools and high-quality professional products. Clients are encouraged to inform technicians about allergies, nail conditions, or sensitivities before starting the service.

Personal Belongings

While we take care to maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings inside the salon.
